Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT ONLY: NO Walk-Ins I understand things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment- NO SHOW appointments will be charged a 100% cancelation fee for the service scheduled and any deposit made will NOT be refunded. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 12 hours or more, prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled after the 12 hour window will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you need to reschedule your appointment the day of- please contact me directly to reschedule to avoid any charges. **If you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW.
